Founder + Lead Consultant

Morgan Clark is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Epstein Clark Consulting and has a passion for helping nonprofit organizations and businesses achieve their greatest potential. Prior to establishing Epstein Clark Consulting, Morgan managed the grants and scholarship program for The Community Foundation of the Dan River Region.
Coming from Greensboro, NC, Morgan was introduced to the Dan River Region when she started her undergraduate career at Averett University, majoring in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. In May 2020, she graduated from Northeastern University with an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Most recently, Morgan completed the BoardSource Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting.
In addition, Morgan is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Southside and was honored as a 2018 Young Professional of the Year by Showcase Magazine. She also serves as a Danville After Hours Rotary Club Past-President.
Project Manager

Annette Roncaglione is the Project Manager of Epstein Clark Consulting. Before joining the team of Epstein Clark Consulting, Annette was the Administrator of the Danville Science Center, Inc and the Donors Services Manager at The Community Foundation of the Dan River Region.
With over 25 years of management experience, Annette is an expert in customer service, office technology, resource development, and marketing campaigns. She specializes in fundraising, friend-raising, board development, and accounting procedures (budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, month- and year-end reporting.)
Annette was born and raised in Martinsville, Virginia but has called Pittsylvania County home for the past 30 years. She attended Danville Community College and has completed the Duke University Nonprofit Management Intensive Track Program.
Consultant + Facilitator

Rachel Covington is a Consultant and Facilitator for Epstein Clark Consulting. Her passion is helping nonprofits grow by enhancing board governance and leadership development. She holds a M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership Studies from the University of Lynchburg and has earned the Duke University Certificate of Nonprofit Management.
A native of Danville, Rachel has previously served as the Director of Community Engagement at Averett University and the Senior Director of Member Services at the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce. She continues to consult with the Chamber to lead and facilitate the region’s longest-running professional leadership development program, Leadership Southside.
In the community, Rachel proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the River District Association. She is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Southside and a 2017 recipient of the Young Professionals PACE (Professional and Community Engagement) Award.
